Nicole Spagrud is a graduate of the University of Saskatchewan’s Edwards School of Business, where she received her Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management.  She has two professional designations of Chartered Professional in Human Resources and a Registered Professional Recruiter. Nicole brings her excellent listening skills, strategic thinking, and workplace investigation expertise to her role at Kn/a HR.  Nicole is involved with job evaluations, compensation reviews, training, and recruitment.  Still, her passion is conducting investigations and workplace assessments to help employers improve workplace dynamics and resolve issues related to harassment, sexual harassment, bullying and/or poisoned work environments. Nicole has conducted investigations in both union and non-union environments and is often called upon forher ability to offer solutions proactively and collaboratively.
