CK Tan



CK Tan has extensive experience in human resource strategies, including developing talent management and organizational effectiveness strategies.  He currently specializes in learning and training, job analysis, strategic planning, process improvement, business planning, and research. CK’s work involves helping individuals and teams find effective ways to align them with a common purpose, whether in a team environment or as individuals, with the aim of increasing personal and organizational productivity. In addition to being a business and training consultant, CK is one of the founding members of the Regina Chapter of the Institute of Performance and Learning (formerly known as the Canadian Society of Training and Development – CSTD).  He is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources and has a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and an MBA.  The diversity of his experience, education, and clients provides CK with the necessary knowledge to work with clients of varying backgrounds and to develop sustainable and relevant solutions.
